Terrible experience for our mother. Food lacks proper nutrients and the lack of food is horrible. Relying on a food bank for food is preposterous. Residents dont get the care they deserve. Family ran and so no accountability for actions. Excluding and bullying patients. Grooming at Kitchen tables where patients eat(very little) if they do. If you cant respect your position in Healthcare and the lives of these residents, you should be closed!

Having my mother, there was a terrible experience. They accept food from donated sources and gip the patients on portions. They are rude to the patients they bully patients. The manager has a complete utter lack of professionalism. They will nickel and dime you for various services. They charged my mother $15 to take her to her doctors appointment every time after telling her that they would provide that service. Feel dizzyI’m calling the state to have this place investigated. Do not put any elderly loved one in this place.

After having my mother stay at this place, I have to say it has been the worst experience for my other. Food is below national standards, why no agency has investigated this place is beyond me. The help is very disrespectful, aggressive and Not professional by any means. What my mother has been through at this place , no elderly person should be subjected too. Overcharging on services. The list goes on and on. MY OVERALL OPION IS NOT TO PUT AND ELDERLY PERSON AT THIS FACILITY. They need to be investigated I feel for verbal abuse and endangerment. Sincerely, Concerned

Alpine manor cared for my dad for many years. The home is cozy and clean. The staff is so kind and caring. They really are more like a big family in this facility. The staff would go above and beyond to make sure my dad was comfortable and that we could have comfortable visits from setting us up outside to dinners with him or in a private area of the home and always making sure we all had what we needed. My dad was well taken care of and very very loved. My family and I will be forever grateful to alpine manor. Know your loved one is in the best hands. The people working here are truly angels and they will always have such a special place in our hearts.
