ALPINE TERRACE RETIREMENT & CONVALESCENT CENTER PC UNIT

Administration is awesome. They are quick to answer your calls, the staff answering the phones deliver the messages, they take really great care of their clients and it shows. If anyone looks hard enough they will always find something they dislike about a place. I have never had a complaint about Alpine.

I checked my diabetic father who had a foot ulcer in for a month long I’ve drip. Absolutely terrible service, the nurses didn’t care to do their jobs, terribly under staffed, didn’t even know how to change out his bandage, never gave him a shower, improperly feed him, and neglected him to the point where he now has been checked into the icu in terrible pain, if you care about your loved ones, do not send them here.

Alpine Terrace employees treat your loved ones with dignity and compassionate care. My parents have been there several weeks and are very happy. Mom and dad report the meals are really good with generous portions. All the staff are so sweet and caring to the people that live there. I often see upper nursing management out on the floor helping their staff, something you don’t often see in a care facility! All the staff: management, nursing, housekeeping, physical therapy, activities, kitchen, and maintenance are all always upbeat and helpful! I feel very lucky that Alpine Terrace was available for my parents! Many of my parents visitors, including friends and family , have commented on how clean the facility is with such friendly and caring staff!! Thank you Alpine Terrace for creating a positive, friendly and safe environment for my loved ones!

Really love the staff. Everyone is so nice and treats my dad so well. My dad lives there permanently in the assisted living portion of the building and he seems like the happiest he’s been since mom passed. Can’t say enough about Alpine. So happy. :)

Grandma Cook has lived at Alpine for a while now and she loves it. She’s constantly telling me about her friends at the community whenever I come to visit! (it’s a bit annoying really, because she’s got like a million stories) The staff is super nice and everyone seems to really care about the residents and what’s happening. 10/10 would totally recommend!
