Aha Ridge Memory Care has given my parents extra good years. Their care, diligence and compassion are top quality. The food is healthy and good, the activities are stimulating and innovative. Ah the staff, headed by the director Emily, are the most gifted and talented people and know how to deal with all types of behaviors and conditions. I can't wait till I get older, so I can move here.

When entering this facility, I felt a sense of community right away. This is a place where the people who choose to work there, truly enjoy their jobs. They truly care about the residents, and do their best every day to ensure the people who reside within have a place they can call home. It’s clear to me, seeing the residents, that they are active, involved, and have people that care about their well-being, comfort, and happiness. The facility is clean and appears to be well-managed. Great place! Great people!

My Mom loved being part of this community! She felt very safe and comfortable for the 4+ years she lived there. There are so many very special care-givers who were instrumental in caring for her, and I appreciate their dedication and love. My Mom may have forgotten words spoken or things done for her, but she always remembered how each of you made her feel. A special thank you to Melanie Bradshaw for taking time to get to know residents and family members. I am eternally grateful, and know my Mom felt loved.

Alta ridge is 10/10. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to take their parents. Melanie is great!! She is so kind and sweet with everyone there! My family loves Melanie!!! Thanks so much for all you guys do and taking care of all the residents. We appreciate you so much!!!!

Alta Ridge is operated by a great group of individuals. The owners of SAL Management not only have a genuine passion for senior citizens, but they provide their team with a wealth of knowledge based on experience. Each of them has held a variety of positions, within the industry, that allows them to relate to their team and shape their communities in a way other industry leaders cannot. The administrator, Magen, has many years of experience in both the industry and in her position. This is a challenging and never-ending role, that she has fully dedicated herself to. On many occasions, she is at the community after hours, helping her team and ensuring that things behind the scenes are in order. Even when she is not on-site, she is very assessable. It is impossible for one person to be everywhere at one time. However, Megan takes her job very serious and when made aware of an issue, she addresses it quickly and appropriately. She is constantly working to ensure that Alta Ridge is the best community. In addition, several members of the Alta Ridge team have worked in this community for many years. This shows their love and commitment to not only the residents, but also, the families, coworkers, and community itself. To many family members, Alta Ridge is more than just a place to “visit Grandma,” it’s a second home. Often times you will see a family member volunteering with resident outings, lending a hand to the team in a busy moment, and bonding with other family members, staff, and residents. This is rare for assisted living and something Alta Ridge should be proud of. Overall, Alta Ridge provides residents with affordable care in a safe, well-maintained, and loving environment.
