I can’t say enough good things about Alten Haus. The staff truly go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and valued. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and filled with kindness. You can tell everyone here genuinely loves what they do. The caregivers are patient, compassionate, and attentive — they treat residents like family. The activities are engaging and help everyone stay active and social, which makes such a difference. Meals are delicious and balanced, and the facility itself feels more like a community than a care home.

The angels at Altenhaus cared for my Dad for a year before he passed. They were attentive, considerate and flexible in every way. They followed our wishes to the letter, giving my Dad the treatment and departure he was so worthy of. I am so grateful for the love and care they poured into my father, and for the support and compassion they shared with me. The staff are just angels on Earth and so sweet. I loved knowing that Dad was in capable and caring hands every time I had to leave. They made the most difficult transition of our lives so much easier, and so very comfortable. I am so thankful for them and forever indebted to their kindness.

Highly recommend Alten Haus for your loved ones! Residents are cared for the the highest level as well as home cooked meals. Staff is trained on time management which leave more one on one time with residents/ activities.

Great place, like living at home with someone to help. Outings are a regular event, staff very nice, very clean, lots of things to do. Residents asked what they want to eat. Very resident centric. People ownership vs corporate ownership.
