My grandmother was here for a rehab stay and had an excellent experience. Staff was very caring and attentive. Should she need rehab again, she will definitely come back to Altenheim.

The Christmas party was wonderful! I don’t know where you found all the darling Christmas decorations throughout the facility!

Staff is unorganised and unprofessional. Patient care doesn’t seem to be a priority. Nurses and management don’t seem to care about the patients. Call lights go unanswered after long periods of time. Nurses aids disappear for long periods of time. If you love your family, do not place them here…

Wow I have been to many places and this one is beyond amazing ! I came here today to sit with a client and it’s my first day here ! Well from the start till I got to my clients room they were so beyond helpful! They go above and beyond for there lovely friends ! Keep up the hard work I love it here !

They treated my dad like crap ! When he would go to dialysis they would leave him all alone . He would call me to tell me that no one is there to get him off the machine . So he would wait there for sometimes another hour before they did . Then he would get back to his room to find his dinner has been sitting out for hours . He looked like he didn’t shower once . They were even rude to him when his toilet clogged up .
