ALWAYS THERE ASSISTED LIVING LLC

It’s not what I expected for an assisted living but I don’t know what, I expected. The staff were helpful and friendly and treated the residents like friends, it had sparse furnishings and some rooms had two residents in each. My resident had only recently arrived so no home comforts, hopefully that will be rectified by his family. My first experience with assisted living so I had nothing to compare it with, perhaps a private room would be better, but again I’m not sure on costs etc. Dementia is a complicated disease, and there is no coming back to let people know what it’s like to have it. I don’t hate it or love it I like it.

I found out the end of last year my brother at age 68 had no idea who I was when I saw him after a few months, I was a shocked. I found out quickly he has dementia and only had a short time to find him a safe place. The first call I made was to Always there Assistance living and memory care. I remember the call I was so lost and scared. Tammy answered the phone I told her I had no idea how to get started. She spent time talking to me like we where old friends. She told me to take a deep breath, notes and she would help me through step by step. After doing my research and visiting several other homes I visited Always there with my brother and he liked it. He really thought Tammy was very nice.She spoke to him not me, it was great. He is now doing well 4 months have passed he is happy and adjusted. In our first talk with Tammy he told her he loved to garden well he now also has a garden thanks to Always there Assistance living. You will not be sorry to place your love one in their hands. You can call when you want to speak to one of the workers to see how he is. They know without going to a chart how he is because they know him personally

My mother recently took up residence at Always There Assisted Living and Memory Care and it has been the best experience ever. The staff is caring and attentive and do everything possible to make mom feel welcome and loved. The house is clean and she gets really good meals. Since she has been there, she has not had one COPD attack because they make sure she gets the meds she needs when she needs them. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to place a loved one into for assisted living or for memory care. You won't regret it.

Always There Assisted Living is such a wonderful, loving place! We cannot recommend it enough! The staff, owner and everyone there is just sooooo helpful and they take care of my brother in law in every way to make his life as wonderful as possible! Alzheimers/Dementia is such a long difficult road and if anyone is thinking of getting assistance with their loved one-reach out to them. This is not the first Assisted Living my brother has been in. By leaps and bounds -by far- It Is The Best Assisted Living facility in Ocala/Citrus Springs and Southwest Florida!

Going this alone while raising a teen age son on my own was damn near overwhelming. Not just for me, but my father and son. The team has been personal and professional with all our interactions. Thank you for your help. The property is always clean and the staff stable. Yes like anyplace there is attrition, however family and residents never know. The owners and staff cover the needs of my father and beyond... its home, he loves his "girls" and they care too... I HIGHLY recommend this team.
