Don’t spend your money here. Rent is absurd for such a small space and it is falling apart and very dirty. Elevators are always broken or “under repair”, paint is falling off the ceilings in the walkway, the nets in the walkway are ripped or torn off completely, there is mold in the apartments, and in the AC unit. My packages have already been stolen twice and the office does nothing about it. Says they are “going to check the cameras” and then never get back to you. The only good thing is the maintenance team and only one man on there goes above and beyond to help you. There is always someone yelling or arguing so you can forget about peace and quiet. There is never any parking anymore. People from outside the complex are parking in the building parking lot now. If you park outside the parking lot, your car windows will get smashed. When I walk my dog around the neighborhood all you see is glass from smashed car windows, old food on the side walk or in the grass, chicken bones, condom wrappers, cigarette buds, and wreaks of weed because someone is always smoking. It’s genuinely a disgusting place to live. Iv lived here three years and nothing has changed. I will be ending my lease gladly. I feel bad for whoever moves in here next.

I am incredibly grateful for the staff at Grand Court Lakes. Whenever I've needed assistance, they have constantly gone above and beyond to help in anyway they can. Their dedication and helpfulness have truly made a difference in my experience here. I truly appreciate their efforts.
