What a peaceful and caring place Amani Home Plus is. My wife lived there for 1 1/2 years and the love and care she received was remarkable. She received the best of care 24 hours a day, seven days a week without fail and I always knew I could trust Esther's judgment on the care and well being of my wife. Esther, Pete and the staff are very professional and knowledgeable about the medical field. Esther is an RN and she is experienced in many diseases including Alzheimer's. Not only did they care for my wife, they also cared for me as I was going through this tough time. What a wonderful place Amani Home Plus was for the last year and a half of my sister-in-law's life. The staff became her family and they loved and cared for her just as they would their own mother. During that year and a half, my brother became part of the Amani family also. He was there every day with my sister-in-law. They were happy to have him with them participating in her life and her care. He became part of the family also. He was so supported and cared for just as Bev was. The excellent care was so appreciated by the family. I would not hesitate to have another member of my family in the competent care of Esther and Pete. If you are looking for a "home " for your family member, I encourage you to give Ester a call. She will answer your questions with honesty and love. The care Esther and her staff provided for my Mother during her final months was nothing short of amazing. The love and patience shown to Mom, even through her most difficult moments, provided relief from the constant worry that comes with a parent suffering from dementia. At Amani Home Plus your family is their family. I will forever be grateful I was guided to them in my search for a home for Mom. Thank you Esther and Peter for everything.

This review should have been written long ago but grief will stop you from doing a lot of things. It has been hard to put my gratitude into words. Ester, Peter and her staff did an amazing job in caring for my beloved Uncle until his passing in June 2023. I was very picky with placement options for him. He landed in a nursing home and I knew I had to do something. From the very first interaction with Ester, she was able to calm my spirit and assure me that his needs would be met. If you are looking for a plus one option- stop and take a look at this one! Staff is knowledgeable friendly and will treat your loved one like family- and that means a lot to me. If anything went on with my Uncle- I would receive a phone call regarding the concern. My Uncle had dementia - hard disease to watch and difficult to maintain. They were patient with him and his safety and well being was always first.

I cannot say enough positives about Amani Home Plus - if the scale went to 10 they would get an 11!! My mother was a resident for 3 1\2 years. What sets them apart from others is their ability to treat their residents as family while providing top notch medical care and producing an environment that promotes better health. As my mothers caregiver I always felt comfortable about the level of communication of issues, decisions, treatments and security provided for her during her stay. Lastly, you will find that Esther and her team work hand in hand to ensure the best for their residents.
