AMBER HOUSE

My mother was a resident of Amber House from 8/12/22-12/14/25. I cannot say enough good things about this privately owned care home. The staff gives expert and thorough care along with smiles and tender love. They have all been long term employees and are very dedicated to their work. I live nearby and my husband and I were able to visit nearly every day. Always, when we arrived at 10:00 a.m. or a little before the start of visiting hours the residents were bathed, dressed, fed breakfast, and residing in their comfort spots for the morning. Residents that are able, join together for all three meals at the dining table. The meals are delishes and well-balanced with special attention given to dietary requirements. They make every effort to cater to residents' likes and dislikes. My mother loved them, often placing her palm over her heart to indicate love for them. We came to love them too and thought of them as family. The facility was always spotless. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for better care for Mom.
