I am hard to impress- life long international hotelier and sales and service trainer- The process, communication, helpfulness, responsiveness and most importantly , the lovely and friendly staff members - every one of them - My mom just moved in this week and our family is out of state from my mom- thank you for helping !!

I don’t have a loved one here but I can confirm the people they hire to drive the residents are absolutely unprofessional and don’t care about the safety of the passengers. I had a driver in a van from this facility tailgating me on 41 in the construction area. The speed limit was 70, he had to pass me going at least 85! He had a passenger in his van. Terrible! This was traveling north to Green Bay from Appleton.

I regret moving my parent into this place. Between neglect, management not following through, safety issues, employees fighting where cops have to be called, and name calling of residents. I am getting my parent out of there. I feel awful for the residents who don’t have family to advocate or who can’t advocate for themselves or are afraid to speak up. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

My mom lived there for a couple of years. She was terrified to put her call light on because some of the staff were so angry and cruel. Towards the end of her life she could not press her call light any longer so the staff just left her in bed for 20 plus hours without feeding her. Thankfully I was able to check on her and wash her up and get her in a chair and feed her. Some of the people were really great but if they were not there she would be left for dead. I know that job is hard, but to leave my mother for hours and hours with no food or water was absolutely horrible. Some of the other residents would check on her and ask them to help her and even then they would scold the residents for going in her room but never check on her. This experience has me so afraid to ever become helpless. My poor mother died scared and confused. I can only pray God will send compassionate people to work there.

Every inch of this place was thought through and made to accommodate! Although my parents passed away a week before they we're to move in, my interactions with staff was nothing shy of wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and informative, and the residents were so happy. After touring 7 other facilities, this one offered the best care, the best ammenities, for the best price. Such a beautiful place!
