Our impressions of living at Pebble Ranch Senior Living. If you are wondering who is going to help you when you are old, also consider organizations which specialize in taking care of older people. We have seen more than a few, so we can make comparative judgments. Pebble Ranch Senior Living is the cleanest living facility we have seen. It also is staffed by the friendliest employees we have met. The dining room has accommodating servers. The food has been good on a consistent basis. When we needed assistance for physician appointments in the Gilbert area, Pebble Ranch Senior Living provided us with the bus transportation to their medical offices and back. We have not used the beautiful swimming pool yet, but we have experienced free entertainment like live piano music and live singers during happy hour. We have enjoyed a variety of exercise classes. My name is Mary Ann Kolmer and I am so very happy to be a part of our friendly family here at Pebble Ranch Senior Living, Assisted Living Facility located in the heart of Gilbert Arizona. Ten years ago, at age 80, I decided to move from the East Coast to Gilbert Arizona to be closer to my daughter and her family as I aged! During these ten years I have experienced life in four other situations starting with an apartment in the San Tan area which for 3 years seemed to have all that I needed. In time, grocery shopping and cooking for myself became a real chore, rather than a pleasure! With concern and much assistance from my family, I moved into one of the many independent living facilities here in Gilbert, where all my meals were provided, and other seniors had time to chat, and to become friends! Much nicer than living alone!! Last February my family urged me to visit a new facility very close to my daughter’s home. American Groves, now Pebble Ranch, is new and beautiful with many designated areas for various activities, and a full staff of leaders who listen to our needs and requests who try very hard to please the residents in every way. Our meals are served restaurant style…so delightful! A beautiful pool and plenty of gym equipment handy. Even a Spa and beauty parlor and manicurist on site. Special events and celebrations and town hall meetings each month. Shuttle bus to stores, churches, doctor appointments and many restaurants for lunch or dinners out! Movies and lectures in our lovely theater. And the BIGGEST PLUS OF ALL: You can live in your same apartment, even when your needs change from independent to assisted living!! That was a NEW CONCEPT which I love. I came here in independent living, and now I am in my same apartment receiving assistance from our well staffed, wonderful, caring medical staff. That is a blessing and a joy!! We are all one family, intermingled in spite of our various backgrounds, needs and requirements. If you are tired of keeping house or of being alone, come for a visit to our HAPPY PLACE , where we are more than well cared for; chat with staff and residents, check our monthly calendar and take a tour. You will see why Pebble Ranch is my home, and why I am so thankful to live here!!

Recently my family moved my parents from Washington state, to Pebble Ranch in Gilbert Az. Jasmine was instrumental in showing us the facility, helping us with the paperwork, and all aspects of the move. Everyone at this facility has been so friendly from the Executive director, to the receptionist. My parents love the food and the care they are receiving from the staff. They have made a difficult job, as easy as possible for all of us. I can't say enough great things about their new home.

I only toured Pebble Ranch initially, though I was aware of other communities in the area. What ultimately made my decision easy was the location — being close to my daughter and the rest of my family was very important to me. I was also looking for a smaller, more intimate community, and Pebble Ranch checked both of those boxes. From the moment I toured, I was taken in by how inviting and welcoming the environment felt. Jasmine, who gave us the tour, was warm and informative, and both my daughter and daughter-in-law were impressed by the kindness of everyone we encountered. What really stood out to me was how bright and clean the entire community is. The residents and staff are incredibly friendly, and everyone I met seemed genuinely happy to be here. A major reason I chose Pebble Ranch was knowing that if I ever need additional assistance in the future, I wouldn’t have to move again — the care staff is already here and ready to help when needed. That peace of mind means a lot. Since moving in, I’ve become involved in a variety of activities and events, which helped make the adjustment feel like a “home away from home.” I enjoy playing cards, attending the informative talks, and participating in the exercise classes. One of my favorite amenities is the spa — I get my hair done weekly, and it’s something I really look forward to. Katarina and her team are caring and always available when needed. The concierge staff are helpful, kind, and cheerful — they truly make the transition from home to community living so much easier. I’m very happy with my decision to move to Pebble Ranch and feel fortunate to be part of such a warm and supportive community.

My sons visited multiple places before choosing Pebble Ranch. While visiting American Orchards, they met Jasmine Sanchez, who recommended Pebble Ranch and shared that she thought I would truly love it here. Based on her recommendation- and after seeing it for themselves- they ultimately chose Pebble Ranch because of its cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and the spaciousness of the apartment, especially the closet, which they knew was important to me. On move-in day, my son joined me for lunch and was impressed by both the quality of the food and the variety of options available. During my first week, I told him, "John, I really love it here," and he said, "I knew you would- but I didn't think it would be this soon." The residents, staff, and especially the caregivers go above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I want to give a special shout -out to the caregivers for their exceptional dedication. The concierge team is extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Housekeeping also does an excellent job of keeping my apartment clean and tidy.
