The entire staff at American House Coconut Point has been so caring and accommodating, but especially the social worker, Nancy Russell. She has helped our family through 2 transitions with empathy and professionalism. We feel so relieved that our loved one is being taken such great care of, and we appreciate the support Nancy has offered.

American House Senior Living at Coconut Point is a wonderful facility. From the top down, the care and dedication of the staff truly stand out. The Executive Director was kind, took her time speaking with me, and clearly has a heart for helping residents—she genuinely looks out for them. The front desk staff is always cheerful and welcoming, creating a warm impression every time. The dining team provides excellent service, and the food is consistently enjoyable. The entire facility is clean, well-maintained, and filled with a sense of community. Everyone is focused on helping residents and creating a true feeling of home.

My 99 year old mother is a resident of American House Coconut Point. She is in their Assisted Living neighborhood. Mom has lived here in Florida since May of this year. She has had a horrible experience with nursing facilities in the past up in Massachusetts. So naturally, she was very hesitant to move in to a new facility. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and how everything was handled, and continues to be taken care of for my Mom. Two of the most professional young women are in charge of the Wellness Team. As a nurse myself, I have high expectations for the care of my best friend, my mother! Alicia is the Wellness Director and does an impeccable job. Her professionalism, open heart, patience and just plain sweetness makes even the grumpiest resident or family member calm down and become rational. She listens to everyone’s concerns and then does her best to correct the issue for either resident or, family or staff. She is a definite gift for American House and the residents. On weekends when Miss Alicia is out of the building, another beautiful soul is Nurse Kiki.American House must have CLOONED Alicia!! Kiki is a sweet , tough go getter. I know that when Kiki is on duty , everything will be under control! Even on a weekend night! Always smiling and walking all around the whole building to insure all her residents are tucked in!! While it is always hard to leave American House , I know at the end of the day, Mom, is taken care of and can rest comfortably! As I walk out the door at night or weekends .. my last glimpse is always of the night receptionist sitting by the telephone with her huge smile!! Miss Marquida on duty ,helping lucky family members realize that their moms. Dad or loved ones are well taken care of by these lovely ANGELS” that God has placed at American House, Coconut Pointe!! I can’t say enough great things about American House Coconut Point! The community is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. The activities are engaging, the meals are delicious, and the environment feels like home. You can tell there’s a real sense of family here — it’s a place where residents are truly valued and happy. Nancy Russell is the best. Looking for memory care for my mother was very depressing until we walked into American House and met Nancy Russell. She is our angle. Nancy Russell and the staff at American House are incredible. Absolutely the best. Everything here is top notch and the care is incredible. Most importantly my dad feels that my mom is in great hands and is in a safe beautiful environment that feels like home. Thank you Nancy and to your incredible crew.
