A very loving and caring staff. Thank you for all you did for my beautiful aunt.

I was a Paying resident at America water's Edge from September 15th 2023 to December 20th 2024. The than that, the place the physical building is antiquated. The Rooms are small and very congested .The rooms are not ada Compliant. If you are physically and mentally cognitive and you're in your 60s, 70s, 80s and even 90s, and you're a person or persons that like to go out and enjoy life and still enjoy life like to socialize during the day and like the nightlife, This is not the place To send your mother father Aunt or uncle. uncle. Daily snacks Are graham crackers and water. There isn't a daily structure of upbuilding activities. To boost the morale of the residents. The staff is underpaid and underappreciated. There is no resident council meetings with staff and management. Updated technology is not in their vocabulary. Is it steve and eleanor's way. Period. I'm just living my truth. You are a paying resident, however, you're not treated as your a paying resident. They wouldn't be able to run their business and take care of themselves if it was not for myself and the other paying residents. If you are cognitively sound of mind and your able to vocalize your wants, Concerns and complaints. In the community you are bullied or controlled or at least they tried to. They couldn't do it with me. The year and 3 months that I was a resident there. I paid my rent every Month. there was one month where I was $40. Behind going into the following month. You would have thought the way that I was treated. I'm living in my truth now. You would have thought that I owed the whole month's rent amount. I'm just getting started.
