Ivy Terrace of Fullerton provides a calm, caring environment, where residents are treated with dignity and compassion. The staff are tentative and kind, and it is clear they truly care about memory care.

Ivy Terrace at Fullerton is one of my favorite Memory Cares in Orange County! Jesus and his team are amazing & truly care for their residents. They always go above and beyond. I highly recommend this beautiful community!

I know this will sound odd to some, but if you have a loved one who needs a memory care facility, you'll understand when I say, this is the Shangri La of memory care facilities. Before putting my mom here last year, I went and looked at every memory care facility in Orange County CA. There were over 30 of them. So I can honestly say this is the best one in Orange County. From the wonderful staff to the beautiful grounds and rooms. It is the best. The staff, from Jesus the director to the lunch ladies everyone seems to love what they are doing. It's apparent they love the residents and are doing this job because they choose to. There is something in the air that puts you at ease and makes you feel at home. When we brought my Mom here, there was a Welcoming Group that was waiting for her. They welcomed her in, gave her a little gift bag and showed her around. She instantly had friends. My mom is an outgoing friendly soul who loves everyone. That reception was perfect. Just what my mom needed. It was nice to see people welcome her in and make her feel at home. At the facility we had her at before Ivy Terrace they told us she was too friendly and the other residents didn't like her. Which is ridiculous. I remember walking around the grounds of Ivy Terrace at Fullerton with my mom a week after we moved her in. She normally didn't make a lot of sense, but she looked me right in the eye and in a moment of lucidity, told me "San, I like it here. I feel at home." and then she slipped back away into her sweet confusion. That's another great thing about Ivy Terrace at Fullerton, the grounds. There is a beautiful parklike setting all around the main facility that is enclosed. And residents can go out and enjoy those grounds most of the time by themselves. (I say "most" because they lock up the doors at night and when it's raining or hot outside) And they are perfectly safe. Most of the rooms open up out onto the grounds. So residents can go out from their rooms or from the facility. I could go on for days talking about how great Ivy Terrace at Fullerton is. From the nice sized rooms to the wonderful staff to the amazing grounds. There's only 1 thing I'd improve. The food. It's not bad, it's OK. But It's not great. But that's a small trade off for everything else. This place has been a God Send to my mom and our family.

IVY Terrace has been wonderful for my very dear friend Karlene Kesler. The staff is very attentive and looks after her various needs that she has and is very capable of handling any unforeseen circumstance. I am very pleased with the whole staff and know that when she’s there, she is being taken care of in a proper manner. I would recommend anyone who has someone with memory care issues to go with IVY Terrace.

Our mom has been living at Ivy Terrace since August, and we are deeply grateful that she has such a safe, welcoming place to call home. The staff and caregivers genuinely care about the residents and have been incredibly supportive as we navigate this new chapter. Mom especially loves the beautiful garden with its fountain and roses. The weekly outings and games are another highlight for her — they’ve helped her connect with her new neighbors and feel part of the community. The holidays were made extra special with elegant brunches that families could attend, complete with delicious food, festive decorations, live music, and dancing. Those thoughtful touches mean so much to both our mom and our family.
