This facility just changed administration so hopefully it will get better. They impeded my loved one's discharge so many times. We had a care plan meeting and discussed that he needed to work on transfers. A month later the therapy department head said they hadn't been working on transfers as 'he wasn't ready.' She just took it upon herself to override a care plan meeting goals without notifying anyone.

Great facility with staff and management that care about patients. No place is perfect, but these folks took great care of my mother. She has been to several facilities like this one over the years, and this was the first one she's ever said she actually liked. She even enjoyed the food, which is usually one of her biggest complaints. Her first day there we had a mix-up getting her to dialysis. I reached a nurse by telephone who was assigned to another part of the facility, but she personally went and checked on my mom and helped get the predicament sorted out. None of that situation was their fault, but several folks all the way up the chain of command helped get her where she needed to be and that's really all we could ask!

I love this place. I've been in other nursing homes and they are dreadful!!! Remarkable is the BEST I have ever been to comparatively speaking. I've read all the reviews from patients over the last 6 months to a year. I myself was here at this facility for 3 months last year and I had an episode and needed to go back to physical rehab and a nursing home. This is the only place I would ever go. There are some issues but they are trying desperately to clear those things up and certainly the management is top-notch. They do truly care about these patients here. If I ever have to go to a nursing home again I would only accept Remarkable Healthcare as my choice of a place to go.

If I could give this location a 0 or negative number I would. This place never calls you back as promised. My mom lost 6 pounds laying in bed every day for almost 2 weeks, the food was not edible, they didn't listen to her as she kept telling them she was in pain, and they never had any staff to talk to, no matter what time of the day you went. The food was a glob of some meat, covered in a gravy with hard rice. it was so bad and my mom almost died in this place. please don't put your loved one here. I don't recommend this place at all. I am a nurse and I have never seen such poor inept care as this. We took our mother out and straight to the hospital, she had a UTI and near kidney failure, pressure ulcers from laying in bed all day and needs her gall bladder taken out, hence the pain. she was so dehydrated her lips were cracking and bleeding, she had a fall while there because there was not enough staff to take her to the restroom. I can't tell you all the issues we had with this facility. very sad that this place can stay open, we will be reporting to medicare.

Absolutely negligent, please do not put a loved one at this facility. My parents were sent here to recover from Covid and were kept in a bed ridden, completely neglected condition. During their stay, the room phone never worked, the bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper half the time, they kept my father so bedridden he lost his ability to walk and had to use Depends, which rhey rarely changed. They needlessly withheld giving pain medications causing more suffering for an ill person. When you call, most of the time, the phone rings and rings and then just goes dead. Poor communication- the few updates I got the first week, I was told my parents were doing good, yet when I was able to see them the following weekend, my father had a bronchial cough worse than the beginning! They responded- we hadn’t noticed! He ended up in the hospital with double pneumonia and sepsis infection where he still currently is in critical condition fighting for his life. This place is the worst place I’ve ever seen! A homeless shelter is a better option!
