She has such a positive energy and clearly cares deeply about the residents and staff, you can feel it the moment you walk in. The whole place is clean, bright, and thoughtfully laid out and there's a real sense of community. Everyone I met from the team members to the residents, seemed genuinely happy to be there. It's comforting to know there's a place like this where people are truly looked after.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cheryl, the Director of Memory Support. She goes above and beyond in creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for residents.
