I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. Residents have the minimum and management/ staff are just awful

Mary Gray runs the facility like it is the Department of Corrections...ungodly amount of cameras in the building, she mandates her staff after they already worked 12+ hours, practices nepotism with her family that works there, and goes on residents social media accounts without permission. Also she has a found habit of LYING. Do NOT recommend for your loved ones thank you

Very nice nursing home. Staff actually cares about their residents. Carpeting in rooms. Food is home cooked. Staff is outstanding.👍👍 My dad loves the staff. The hospice care is excellent!! Thank you for the excellent care you provide, and the wonderful staff.

AnCHORAnchor community is wonderful place It seems there’s nothing too much to ask of staff- the. atmosphere here is liket. living with a. loving family…. that Includes not only. the Administrator but the Staff as well. The Residents are more like friendly neighbors Prior to tliving at Anchor AL I liveLAKESHOR E MANOR Manor in Oshkosh and would rate that at a minus4clothes and perfume were stolen there was no care given when or how meals were served it wasn’t unusual to find your dessert placed on top potopofyour meat or in the gravy Staff- many time sastaff was sca Scarce with not enough hands To go around. One day another Resident with known violent tendencies pushed me into a handrail , fracturing three discs in my spine Even though she had caused injury to another resident. as well as some members of staff, she was allowed to roroamfreely throughout the facility ( Resident she was allowed to roam freely throughout the Facility even though She had attacked me, members of staff and another resident….each time resulting in a trip to the local Hospital’s E.R

The caregivers are out of this world when it comes to taking care of the residents.
