Moved both my parents into Independence Village about 6 weeks ago. We had some bumps at first but now everything seems to be going better now. Beautiful facility and the staff with Corsocare are wonderfully attentive and seem to care for the well belong of my both my parents.

As an Admissions Coordinator and Social Worker, Independence Villages has been amazing to work with. They are very good with communication and follow through with residents and families. I highly recommend Independence Villages to anyone looking for Assisted Living for a loved one!

As a social worker, I am very particular when recommending an assisted living to our families. My experience with Independent Village has been nothing short of phenomenal. The care and follow through with their staff, both management and care providers, has been above any other ALF I’ve ever worked with. I’m so impressed with the compassion and love shown to their residents as well as the families. I would recommend them for anyone looking at assisted living.

My mother was in assisted living at Independence Village West of Zionsville for 2 1/2 years. She received wonderful care from not only the nursing staff, but also from the administrative and dining staff. Although no place is perfect, IV was a perfect fit for Mom and she felt at home in her cute little suite. She was loved and treated with dignity and respect. It is beautifully appointed and a clean facility, never smelling offensively like many other nursing homes. They provide many activities and entertainment, also. They were also very supportive of me as her caregiver. Everyone was a blessing. I still visit the residents and staff because they are so special to me. ♥️ Jann Reed Zionsville

My mother was in an independent living apartment here for almost a year and a half. When she 1st moved in, everything was great. Then, ownership changed hands, and unfortunately, service and food quality, and variety went downhill. While 90% of the staff are absolutely amazing individuals - loving, caring, creative, patient, and kind - unfortunately, there is a thief in their midst who has stolen money or belongings from multiple residents. This is a devastating situation for an elderly population, some of whom are on fixed incomes and simply want to feel safe. I have recently moved my mother out of this facility. I truly hope the owners can get a handle on the key issues because this really is a beautiful property, and they do have many excellent employees.
