ANTHOLOGY OF MASON

I moved my family member in about 6-7 months ago and I am truly disappointed my family member said no nurses or caregivers come check on her or take her to go eat. Every staff member I have spoken to has been very rude. I feel bad for my family member that they have to put up with that.

My mom lived at Montage from the age of 102-107. She participated in many different activities and outings over those years. Alli, the activities coordinator always tried to include her and to make sure she was doing ok. She usually sat in the front lobby greeting anyone who came through the front doors.

I had an opportunity to visit Montage Mason I found the staff amazing especially the activities director. She was very patient and caring with the residents. Also I thought that the facility was very clean. These are definitely things I am considering when choosing a facility for my loved one. I definitely give them a 10 out of 10!🥰💚

My sister has been at Anthology of Mason almost 2 years. She was in assisted living until July 2022. Her time in AL was awesome. The staff and facilities are wonderful as was her care. She transferred to Memory Care in July of 2022. There’s always an adjustment period, but she is happy there and getting the care she needs. The staff is always responsive to anything I ask for her. What’s most important is that she is safe, happy and cared for.

We recently placed my mom at The Sheridan in Mason and we have been nothing but extremely impressed. My mom has had dementia for over 8 years and can be very difficult to deal with when she is out of her element. The staff has been EXTREMELY patient in dealing with her and her anxiety of living in a new place. The apartment she is in is just beautiful--all state of the art and updated. The food is home made and pretty delicious. The entire staff is working so hard to make my mom feel at home and comfortable and I don't think we could have found a better place for mom. In addition, they have been unbelievable in keeping us updated on her progress (going above and beyond) and working with us to make my mom happy. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could--it is that good! Update on 4/14/2020: My mom was at The Sheridan for almost 2 1/2 years and we had a terrific experience! The staff is very caring and even though my mom struggled with her behavior at times and was by no means an "easy" resident, they loved on her like she was a family member. She started off in Assisted Living and when the time came, we moved her to the Memory Care Unit. She was well taken care of and any issues we may have had were taken care of as soon as it was brought to their attention. The nursing staff were so very loving, caring, and patient, and I appreciate the care they gave my mom more than I could ever express here. Thank you for all that you did for my sweet mom.
