ANTHOLOGY OF MAYFIELD

We really enjoy The Ashton at Mayfield Heights! We do field trips there each month, playing games and bingo with the seniors, and the connections are meaningful for everyone. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels welcoming. Melissa, the director, is kind and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend The Ashton!

My cousin moved into an apartment at this property in September 2024. She loves her apartment. She's appreciated the meals and indoor pool. Since move-in she's had a hip joint replacement surgery, and has benefited from on-site physical therapy. During every interaction I had with staff, I found them, maintenance, physical therapist, and front desk, to be unpretentious and helpful. I left thinking my cousin made a great decision moving from her residence of 36 years to the Ashton of Mayfield Heights.

Was pretty good before ownership change. In less than a year there have been three turnovers of administrative staff and the number of caregivers has dwindled. Hard to tell if anyone is even steering the ship. Sad to pay so much money for such poor care. Not excited to start the search all over again for decent care. Save yourself the headaches and disappointment.

My grandmother has lived there for several years. Overall, she’s told me that living there is quite nice. Every time I visit her, she always mentions how pleased she is with the cleaning service provided by the Hispanic gentleman

Our mother moved into a Anthology a year ago, and it has totally changed her life… She was living alone in her home before, and was very lonely… Now she has a great group of friends, loves her apartment, and really enjoys the ease of living: not having to cook, drive, clean….. She says the food is really tasty, there are tons of social activities (including daily happy hour!), and the property is beautiful, with many outdoor areas and a fabulous big salt water pool. We love the whole feel of the place… which makes it extra nice to visit. Staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very Zen — with great facilities, very tall ceilings everywhere. Highly recommend.
