As soon as you walk in the door, you realize there's something quite special about this place. It's spacious and modern while still feeling warm and inviting. The people who work here seem genuinely happy in their jobs and go out of their way to accommodate each resident, all of whom are known by name. Kindness emanates from each staff member - no matter their position - to every person they meet. Chris, the nurse at the Commons, has been especially helpful and supportive in keeping me updated on my sister's well-being.The care for my sister is exceptional! My every question or concern has been addressed by the management in a professional and caring manner. I feel so grateful that my sister lives here now; she finally feels secure, safe and accepted just as she is.

The Commons on Meridian is a perfect place for my mother. She gets good attention and enjoys staff and other residents. Thanksgiving dinner for residents and families was outstanding.

Commons on Meridian has been great for my husband and me. One concern is that his room, and especially his bathroom always seem dirty. The staff in the Memory Care unit is terrific! Tanisha Foster is a force all her own! Always looking out for the residents, always on top of every situation and always kind and gentle. And ALWAYS with a smile on her face. She’s a treasure and a real asset to COM!!

The Commons on Meridian is an incredible facility not just by its beautiful campus but also by the team running it on the inside. It has a positive and energetic administrative team that provides a welcoming and fun atmosphere and also a very personable and compassionate nursing team who truly gets to know and understand each individual resident, to provide personalized assistance to each. Truly cant recommend them enough!
