Anthology of Novi

My Mother has been at Storypoint of Novi for over 3 years. She is in a beautiful apartment in Assisted Living. Recently, we needed to review her care as her needs changed. Tiffiany, Executive Director, quickly accommodated my request. Tiffiany scheduled a health assessment the same day & reviewed vegetarian menu options. Changes were made immediately, ensuring Mom's needs were met. Tiffiany kept me informed at every step. Tiffiany has gone above & beyond anything I could have hoped for, for my Mom's safety & well being. StoryPoint is a beautiful facility with great activities for residents. The staff is wonderful & always willing to help! Thank you to StoryPoint of Novi for caring for my Mom!

I am so happy my father and his wife were able to move into Story Point! Melissa was wonderful with their last minute unexpected change of housing from an Independent 2 bdm/2 bath apartment to an Independent apartment with Corso Care assistance for my dad and a memory care/hospice unit for his wife. I was so worried about my dad, who has Parkinson's, living alone. Anna, the Corso Care advisor, assured me he would get the proper care he needed, and she was right. Antoinette is one of his caregivers, and she is wonderful! She puts both of us at ease, and we know he is always in good hands when she is there. They have many dining areas and are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This is so important because their previous Independent care apartment had set dining times, which did not agree with their schedule. Both my dad and his wife were losing a lot of weight, and the food was horrible. Chef Hassan goes out of his way to make sure the meals are excellent at Story Point, and they are both very happy with the various daily choices of fresh food they have to offer. The waitstaff is also terrific. I can't say enough good things about Sharay. She is so caring and patient, as it sometimes takes a while for my 93 year old dad and his wife to decide what he would like to chose from the menu. The main reason Story Point was the absolute best choice was because of having Independent, Assisted and Memory Care living all within the same building. As a result, my father is able to visit his wife very easily without going outside or taking a shuttle bus to another facility. It would be tragic for both of them if they couldn't visit with each other every day, and Story Point of Novi has made this possible.

Choosing StoryPoint for my parents was the best decision we could have made. They are treated with kindness and care by every member of the team. Special thank you to Shawndra and her caregivers for going above and beyond in caring for my parents. Knowing the staff is attentive 24/7 provides our family with immense peace of mind. Having on-site rehab services has been helpful for their health and convenience. The facilities are beautifully updated and clean, offering plenty of inviting spaces to socialize—both indoors and out.

My mother has been living at Novi StoryPoint for 6 months. Her apartment is beautiful, the food delicious and all the staff exceptional. They are so caring that they told my mom they are family. It is so comforting know she is never alone. If you are on the fence, do not hesitate moving your loved one here

My sister and brother-in-law are moving into StoryPoint Novi, next week, from South Carolina. I wanted to check the facility out and see their apartments and general facility and surroundings. I also wanted to get information for someone else that may be, or will be, needing a facility in the near future. Melissa gave me the full tour of the facilities, both the assisted living wing and the memory care wing. She shared each of the eating areas, social areas, work-out room, theatre, meeting lounges, courtyards, etc. She also shared information about the staff, each having varying levels of abilities and specialties. The facility is well laid out, clean, updated if and where needed, comfortable and cozy.
