Wow! This place is incredible!! We just moved my mother in, and the staff is overly friendly and accommodating. Talk about hospitable! We would highly recommend this place for your loved one.

Visited this place for my Abuela. Seems very new and clean. Staff was very friendly and loved the look of the apartments. Offered a lot of space in the apartment with updated interior. Very impressed with my visit.

I was looking for a place for my mother and this place was highly rated. Extremely clean on the inside and looks like a great newer place in a nice location. Eriahna was the sales agent that showed me around, and was extremely capable and helped me greatly with making the best decision. No strong arming here, just good rationale and experience that she was able to share with me to help a lot as I worked towards a new home for mom. If you're looking for a nice place for assisted living, give this place a try and you'll likely be impressed.

UPDATE: Our Dad has moved in and we are MORE OVER THE MOON THAN WE THOUGHT POSSIBLE. Now, we have the pleasure of working with Ricardo, Head of Maintenance! He has literally gone above and beyond to make sure our dad has everything he wants and needs in terms of his apt TV, and anything else. He even takes the time to talk to my dad about his grand dad. I mean this place is exceptional!!!! Finding a home for our senior parent was a very emotional experience until I found Village on the Park Plano, and then we knew immediately we were home! Jeanell was kind enough to call us and discuss some of the details and then waited for me on a Friday night to give me a tour. She was even more wonderful in person than on the phone! There I got to meet Meka and Fabrese and felt an instant sigh of relief because they just made it seem like they had it all under control. I went back again today because I couldn't believe how beautiful and clean and well maintained everything looked at night so I wanted to make sure I wasn't imagining it and of course, it is even more beautiful in the daylight. Chef Omar showed me around and Cody at the front desk made me feel welcome. I can't wait until move in day!!! Thank you to the most wonderful team!
