My grandfather, Tom Tanton lived here and my family experienced caring staff and a beautiful home. Kelly Serio is especially great, as well as Keisha and many others. They made his whole experience special and my family is so grateful for them.

I visited The Barclay at Midlothian today and was incredibly impressed from the moment I walked in. The facility was spotless and beautifully maintained. The person at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and was both friendly and helpful, setting a welcoming tone right away. I arrived during lunchtime, and it was wonderful to see how happy and content the residents seemed. The dining staff were attentive and kind, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. During my visit, which lasted about four hours, I had the opportunity to observe a physical therapy session as well as a lovely family gathering in one of their cozy family rooms. The assisted living apartments were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The nurses, aides, and caregivers I encountered were all compassionate and attentive toward the residents. The overall environment felt calm yet cheerful — a true reflection of a caring and supportive community. I was very impressed with The Barclay at Midlothian and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and high-quality assisted living facility.

This is a very beautiful facility, but I did not feel welcome there. The staff were not friendly and I did not get the feeling that they were very interested making visitors feel welcome. Pretty surroundings are great, but a loving caring staff is much more important!!!

This is a very nice facility. It's clean and beautifully decorated. Since becoming Brandywine, many new staff have been hired. They are friendly and appear to enjoy helping the residents. The staff working in the dining hall are a lot better now too. Many new folks have been hired and they are friendly, accommodating and eager to please. One lady however is exceptionally rude, always has a scowl on her face and barks at folks instead of speaking to them. I've even been yelled at by this person and so has my client. Often she brings our food to us and slings it at us instead of setting it down.
