APEX OAKS AT CYPRESS, LLC

My Mom has been a resident here over a year now. It’s been a phenomenal experience. She has made friends and participates in the wonderful activities that are a part of the daily routine. The outings to shop and dine at different restaurants are her favorite things to do. We will forever be grateful for the staff and residents of Apex Oaks. Demetria

My Mom has been at Apex for about 2 1/2 years. First on the assisted living side now in memory care. I could not be more grateful for the staff at Apex. They have helped my Mom and family so much. The staff is like family to me and I don’t know what I would do without them!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Apex Oaks assisted living facility, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped through the doors, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Their professionalism and genuine care for the residents were immediately evident, setting a positive tone for my entire visit. One of the highlights of my visit was meeting the executive director, whose leadership and dedication to the facility are truly commendable. They have cultivated an atmosphere of warmth and inclusivity that permeates every corner of Apex Oaks. The executive director’s commitment to excellence is apparent in the way the facility operates, ensuring that every resident's needs are met with the utmost care and attention. The cleanliness of the facility was another aspect that stood out during my visit. The common areas were well maintained. This level of cleanliness not only ensures a healthy environment for the residents but also reflects the high standards upheld by the staff. In conclusion, my visit to Apex Oaks was a delightful experience, and I left with a deep sense of admiration for the facility. The executive director, along with the friendly and dedicated staff, has created a nurturing and vibrant environment that truly feels like home. I highly recommend Apex Oaks to anyone seeking a top-notch assisted living facility for their loved ones.

I toured this facility today in hopes that my sister-in-law would move out closer to me as she has Alzheimer’s. I’ve been in quite a few care centers and this is one of the cleanest and most organized ones. The fact that it is small was very impressive, because I felt like the care would be more intentional with fewer residents. I dropped in without an appointment and was assisted immediately by Katrina, the director who was exceptionally accommodating. although my sister-in-law is insistent in staying near her friends down near Loop 610, since I live in Hockley, I’m still holding out hope that she will want to come and consider Apex in Cypress.

I am well pleased with Apex Oaks and its staff. The directors and caregivers demonstrate a genuine care for each of their residents. My questions are answered, my concerns are addressed timely, and the care provided to my loved one is on point. The facility is kept clean and fresh. The residents are well cared for! If I said I agree with everything I’d be lying. I am aware of state standards and rules. I am able to talk with staff anytime day or night. I have freedom with my loved one and have input in there well-being. When caregivers have questions or my loved one asks to contact me, caregivers and staff reach out. The residence have a good variety for their meals. If you’re looking for care for a loved one, you should visit and talk with the directors for more information.
