I reached out to maintenance repair needed that was very minor and not of an urgency but it was addressed and repaired the next day!!! I was informed of the maintenance resolved. In the other apartment building I lived in the past, it was a few days before the issue was resolved or I had to remind them what was needed. My experience at Applegate Apartments have been a great experience! Ms. Nancy has truly been awesome, from day one!!!!

Nancy in the office at Applegate Apartments is super helpful & great! She was super communicative both in the initial application phase and in the end of lease phase. She always went above and beyond to help us when needed! The apartments themselves were great for our family and they were just what we needed when moving to WI from out of state!

Just recently moved into my new home and I am amazed with how nice it is. I've lived in absolutely horrible homes in the past, and think this is a breath of fresh air. Nancy is very sweet and personable, and everything is so easy to navigate online. The maintenance team was so fast and efficient, and fixed everything within the same day as I put in the work orders. I was also told that there will be more renovations soon, and I'm looking forward to it.

Fantastic and beautiful place to call home! I've been living here for a few months now in a newly renovated unit and couldn't be happier. Our neighborhood is extremely clean, quiet, and safe. The manager Nancy is super nice and very accommodating. The maintenance staff consistently do an excellent job as well. Jason is an absolute standout.

The property manager at this business is nosy and unprofessional. The company charges for the smallest amenity and would charge you money for not signing a form. Basically, any possible way to squeeze a nickel from you. I do not support businesses that shamelessly take money with NO added value.
