ARBOR AT BRIDGEMILL, THE

My mother joined the bridgemill community in February. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities and open to suggestions for more. Brooke, the general manager is available and sensitive to the needs of the residents. Mom already has her favorites, among them are Jacquie in the dining room, Evelyn one of her med techs, and Gabi, Stacy, and Maxene who help her daily. Of course she loves all the staff and residents. Mom is very much a people person. Thank you to all of the staff for caring for my mother and all the residents on a daily basis. You are all truly angels in the mist. Updating to give a special Christmas shout out to Jennifer, Jade and Angela for being the best at engaging the residents. They were adorable and very entertaining in their elf outfits! A special thank you to Sancerlie for always being so helpful with Momma. I can't forget the ladies maning the front desks in both IL and AL, they are masters of coordination and always joyful. So thank you Myra, Cynthia, Kim, Robin, and Ms. Marcia. Big shout out to Jojo who has gone above and beyond and has been a life line for us with Momma. Thank you to everyone we are grateful for the entire staff and all you do. A heartfelt Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Happy New Year to all. Another update to give a shout out to Kim, Katie, Maxine, Solahra, Joyce and Jasmine for providing continuous outstanding kindness, and professionalism when caring for my mother. And Myra, Cynthia, Kim, Robin, and Ms. Marcia for being the epitome of helpfulness!

We are extremely happy with the Arbor BridgeMill facilities and services, especially the food. Great selections and high quality food served dining room style. A special shout out to one of the wonderful servers, Jacque. She always goes above and beyond for the residents she serves.

My Mother, Kitty Antonio has been at the Arbor for Seven Years now! She started in Independent Living for 4 Years and now 3 Years with Assisted Living.We gave Her a Grand Party in June for Her 100th and I must say All the Arbor Community, Residents and Employees truly made it a Memorable Day! My Mom, Who has low vision has Jeanette assist Her with Her daily Care, Jeanette goes above and beyond with all My Mom's Care and daily challenges! Jeanette is highly skilled ,Kind and so attentive to My Mom's every need! She truly is a huge asset to the Arbor!

Without a doubt, the Arbor at BridgeMill is a beautiful community. The friendliness of both the staff and residents is outstanding. However, the quality of the food does not match the quality of everything else at the Arbor. We understand that it is a challenge to feed over 200 people in an efficient way. But we think that that the food could and should be better. In particular, everybody knows that fish should taste fresh. Many times this has not been the case. Other than the above, we are very happy living at the Arbor.

My mother-in-law has been in Memory Care at Arbor for a little over a year. We moved her from NY and it was the best move we could ever make. She is happy and thriving and receiving the best care possible. The staff is amazing and Charise goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is included in the daily activities. She is very creative and plans a variety of activities that everyone can get involved with. We are so thankful we found the Arbor.
