Our mother was only able to stay a short time since she was very sick and needed extra care—enough that we were asked to take her out of another assisted living nearby only 6 weeks before she passed. We could not have asked for more caring and considerate treatment of my mother. She had all kinds of complications that were time-consuming for the staff. They accepted the challenge with smiles and kind words and gracious treatment above and beyond the professional requirements. If you want a place where they will take some oak care of your loved one no matter what—we recommend the Arbor House. We also noticed that there is a very stable staff who understand each other and our patients first. Frankly, that is nothing less than extraordinary in today’s environment.

Arbor House quickly became home for my ninety five year old mom! She loves the staff and the many activities keep her engaged throughout the week! I feel so thankful for a caring, providing staff! They give excellent care and are proactive in taking care of mom’s every need. What a blessing Arbor House is to our family!

My grandmother has been a resident at Arbor House for almost 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier to see the care and comfort she has received there. Arbor House does a great job of keeping us updated via photos and videos on Facebook, and answering calls/texts whenever we need an update. We moved my 90 year old mother to Arbor House in September, when she was no longer capable of independent living. It was difficult for her at first, after all when a person experiences this type of change in their life there is an adjustment period. The staff treat her with kindness and with great respect. They are also very attentive to all of her needs. The administration staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Arbor House to anyone who has reached that stage in their family members life.

I have had the best experience here at Arbor House for my dad. The staff is beyond helpful with any needs, including set up of physical therapy, and keeping me up to date on how he is doing. The kindness shown to my dad and to myself was a blessing. There have been so many activities for him to participate in and the home is very welcoming and warm to all. I am so thankful for the people who are here at the Arbor House for my family.
