ARBOR LANDING AT SURFSIDE

The staff at this facility are AMAZING! Specifically want to thank Rachel and Anita! They were so kind as my mother declined in her health. They were attentive and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had both while I was local and when I was not. I would happily recommend this facility as a retired LMSW that worked in the field of geriatric patients for over 30 years. I am truly grateful to them alll!

My mother in law absolutely loved the experience she had getting familiar with Arbor Landing in Surfside Beach. She put money down and is excited about moving in. She has peace of mind now that she will be settled in soon. Thank you to Rachel for the tours and answering all of her questions and ours!!

Summertime for teachers like myself are a treasure….however this summer was the absolute worst of my career until I met Rachel Wiley and the loving community of Arbor Landing at Surfside! Rachel was such a lighthouse! I had researched all living communities for my two parents and once I walked into Arbor Landing and met Rachel I knew this was HOME! You see…this was a huge step for my parents as they lived in their home for over sixty years ….it was an institution which was always HOME. Rachel helped me and my family transition with support and genuine concern and sincerity..making the stress of this summer…a wave of relief! She and the staff ( Mel Colman, Jen , and Michelle) demonstrated Compassion for my parent’s future! Make the right choice! I know we did! Thank you Rachel Wiley! You are a true asset!

My Mom has enjoyed living at Arbor Landing Surfside for just over three and a half years. I've been very involved in her residency there and am well aware of this beautiful independent living community. Rachel was our initial contact with Arbor Landing. Her friendly personality and knowledge about this community was a huge factor in Mom's decision to move there. The entire staff is wonderful, from administration to dining and kitchen to housekeeping to maintenence to activities. They are all caring and dedicated to the residents. There is no doubt that the residents are the priority. My Mom has especially enjoyed the numerous ongoing activities such as craft classes, baking demonstrations, musical entertainment, exercise classes, and walking club, to mention a few. It's also very convenient that there are on-site services available by outside companies such as physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and assistance helpers. I feel very blessed and thankful that we found such a loving and supportive community for Mom. Thank you Arbor Landing Surfside!

I know 2 people who live at Arbor Landing. They and their family members have been very satisfied with the care they receive and with the facility. The public areas are beautiful and the apartments are also. The staff are professional and caring, going out of their way to accommodate the needs of the residents. Rachel Wiley is the best! She really cares about the residents and looks out for their wellbeing. I would not hesitate to live there if the need arises. 😊
