This place has really gone down hill from a two years ago! Management needs to step in asap as they are kicking people out for the smallest things if nobody is bowing down or kissing the counselors butts that they don’t belong there! Their revolving door of inpatients being kicked out within a week or less needs to be addressed! They are not there to help people at all

Liars. Out to make a dollar instead of helping. Do not use these guys. if your insurance falls through they’ll just keep putting you through meetings and not try to recharge the insurance when you get it revalidated. The fact they even said I was still an alcoholic even though I hadn’t touched alcohol in 2 years is crazy to me. That’s why I even had to talk to anyone. Their assessment system is just as broken and our justice system.

Would not recommend getting any type of service done here. Rude attitude for the most simplest questions. Had an service done at the river falls location and needed to call this place for information. Looking how this place talks to it's people it's not far from being closed itself.

Dirty urine sample on the back of the toilet. Very concerning considering they revoke or deny treatment to active users. Appointment was 15-30 minutes after schedule. Then ran over 30 minutes late and I was told I’d have to come back to finish. Emailed several times and received no response. Then received a satisfaction survey though text. I really don’t see how this service could help anyone. Arbor Place, do better.

Had a great experience here, met some amazing people, 62 days sobor today, it can be tough especially with some of the rules and it's easy for some people to get kicked out but overall a good time for me personally. I Definitely recommend Arbor.
