Arbor Ridge at Huntersville

My mom has been living in an independent living apartment at Arbor Ridge Huntersville for 3 1/2 years. Because of her increasing needs for assistance, my family and I recently moved her to assisted living at Arbor Ridge. I cannot say enough about the kindness, care, and compassion of the staff at Arbor Ridge! From the office staff, to the nurses, to housekeeping, to the dining room staff, the activity directors, to their custodian, and the shuttle bus driver…they are all a special group of people who genuinely work considering the best interests of all the residents at Arbor Ridge, and they work not just because it’s their job, but they work with their hearts. My mom has always felt loved and cared for, and my family and I are at peace knowing that she is living in such a beautiful, clean, and most of all, caring place! Thank you Arbor Ridge staff for who you all are, and for all you do!!!

My parents moved to Arbor Ridge independent living after a life changing situation. They are both very happy with the community. It is beautiful, welcoming, inviting, and always spotless. The management and staff have been so supportive and go out of their way to make sure my parents are happy and have everything they need. A few months after moving in my mother transitioned to Horizons, Arbor Ridge’s memory care. Again the management and the staff went above and beyond to help my parents and my sister and I with a difficult transition. We are grateful for the love and support we have received and would highly recommend Arbor Ridge!

I had the pleasure of meeting several employees at Arbor Ridge while seeking care for our mother. And every single person was so kind and it felt so genuine. Desiree went above and being to help us out. The facility is absolutely beautiful as well. I would highly recommend Arbor Ridge to anyone seeking care for their loved one. It is obvious they all care so much about their residents as well as the family members. You all make a such a difference, always remember that!
