Arbor Terrace At Hamilton Mill

My father-in-law was placed in the bridges community approximately two weeks ago. The staff was amazing, friendly and supportive. Latange and Mo were instrumental in our smooth transition. He has a studio apartment, which is sunny and has a full-size refrigerator, small counter and sink. It also has a large closet and very large bathroom. I love that he has two emergency pull cords one by his bed and one in the restroom should he need staff immediately. He has been very happy with the food, and has adjusted well to staff and other residents. The only complaint I have is that the bridges community is on the second floor therefore the residents do not have independent access to an outside area or courtyard where they can go at will. They are allowed to go outside with a staff member, but otherwise are locked into their community. I’m positive that my father-in-law would benefit from the ability to go outside when he wanted, but this isn’t possible with a 2nd floor placement.However, overall, we are very happy we chose this facility over the other local options. He is safe & happy.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Sodiah Thomas, the Dining Room Manager. From the very first week that my sister and I arrived, Ms. Sodiah has been the most welcoming person. We appreciate that she greets everyone personally as they come into the dining room and stops at the tables to chat as she makes sure that we have everything we need. This personal touch has had a huge impact on us and helps with the difficult transition of adjusting to community living. The entire dining experience under her leadership is wonderful. Her dedication to ensuring residents are well fed in a clean in a welcoming environment is truly commendable,

This is an update on our review. The entire staff here is still excellent and provide a positive environment all the time. Dyanna has recently been assigned as our housekeeper in addition to taking on some supervisor responsibilities. She is doing a wonderful job keeping our apartment spotless My wife and I moved to Arbor Terrace independent living a year ago. We have been extremely happy here. The staff is caring a everyone goes the extra mile to be of service. Sadia and the dining room staff do a great job and the meals prepared by the chefs led by Kelvin are creative and delicious. Along with great service that Sodia's dining room staff provides, the maintenance staff also operate in a efficient and professional manner. We recently had a couple of issues in our apartment and Andres and Austen corrected the problems quickly and with a minimum of disruption'

We moved my Mother and Father into Arbor Terrace 2 months ago. They are both 86 and it was a struggle for them to understand why they couldn't stay at their house and that independent living was the right thing to do. It always feels like you are giving up some freedom. After a few weeks, they have settled in and are enjoying the lifestyle. They are participating in activities, making new friends, and enjoying other facilities like the Beauty parlor and the Physical Therapy on-site. That, and their meals are included so one less thing to worry about. They also have nothing but great things to say about the staff there. They have found a new home.

As a singer and musician, I have the pleasure of sharing my music with the wonderful community at Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill Assisted Living. The residents are truly amazing, and the entire team is incredibly supportive. A special shout-out to the engagement team: Yahaira, Victoria, Jennifer, and Flor! They excel in event management, decoration, food, and animation—everything is always perfect! I’m grateful to be a part of such a vibrant and caring community. Five stars!
