ARBOR TERRACE MARLTON (NJAL0301)

My mom is enjoying her time at Arbor Terrace, Marlton so far. She moved there about a month ago, after suffering multiple strokes, in an attempt to get more active while she tries to get her function back. She participates in various activities and exercise sessions daily, has taken advantage of the trips and is very impressed with the ambiance of the facility. The staff is wonderful. They treat all who walk (or wheel) through the door as family. The activities are so interactive for residents and family members who visit. My 5 year old gets so excited to visit and join in with her Nan! Thank you, Arbor Terrace family, for a wonderful experience so far. We can’t wait to see all the progress that is made in the coming months.

We moved my parents into Arbor Terrace Assisted Living in the fall of 2025, and I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful this community is. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by friendly, caring people who genuinely know the residents and their families. The entire team is responsive, kind, and professional. The building is always clean and welcoming, and there’s a real sense of warmth throughout. The nursing staff is exceptional. They always answer the phone, always return calls, and never make you feel like your questions are a burden. They consistently keep us informed about how our parents are doing, which brings an incredible amount of comfort and peace of mind. There are so many activities offered, and it’s clear that thought and care go into creating an engaging, supportive environment for residents. Both of my parents are 85 years old, and knowing they are in a place where they are safe, cared for, and respected means everything to us. My brothers, our entire family, and I feel completely confident that our parents are in the best place possible. If you are looking for assisted living or memory care for someone you love, I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Arbor Terrace. It has truly been a blessing for our family. I am so pleased and happy to have my Mom living at the Arbor Terrace Community in Marlton. This has been a very stressful month of challenges & changes but Arbor Terrace has been wonderful. I would like to thank Ryan for his extreme dedication, support, & professionalism. Ryan has gone above & beyond since the first time meeting him on the initial tour. He is very timely, efficient, & knowledgeable in every interaction and always answers all of my questions. Ryan along with the entire Arbor Terrace team has made a huge positive impact on myself, my mom, & the whole family. This holiday season, I am extremely grateful for Ryan & all of the Arbor Terrace Community. Thank you for all of your support & help this past month making Mom’s move to a new home so smooth & seamless. I truly appreciate all of your hard work and efforts.

Lisa and Ryan have gone above and beyond helping my father and I find a comfortable place for him to live in his later years. They have been extremely patient and accommodating, given the circumstances. We very much look forward to his time in his new home and community. Lisa even said she may prepare some of her homemade specialties for him. I want some too!

As a service provider in the senior living industry, I can honestly say that Arbor Terrace Marlton is one of the nicest, cleanest, well run Senior living facilities in the area. Nick and his team make sure that all of the resident needs are taken care of in a prompt, professional manner. As a service provider, I see a lot of the behind the scenes areas that most don't. The kitchen, the mechanical rooms, the service corridors are just as clean and organized as the front lobby. You might not think about those things, but anyplace that puts that much attention into the places no one sees, imagine how much care goes into the places you do see. Arbor Terrace Marlton would be my choice for myself or my loved ones.
