The place is beautiful. It’s classy and elegant. The team is kind, caring, full of wonderful energy and enthusiasm. Amanda - is so very knowledgeable in not only assisted living but dementia and memory care. Solid 5 star facility for loved ones.

I moved to Arbor Terrace in May of 2025 after relocating from Florida. While I waited for my furniture to arrive, the team kindly put me up in a hotel, which made the transition so much easier. From day one, I was paired with a wonderful resident ambassador who showed me the ropes and helped me feel right at home. It didn’t take long for friends here to turn into family. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. The medication techs are always attentive and make sure I receive my medicine on time, which gives me great peace of mind. The building is always spotless, and my room is kept clean and comfortable. I also really enjoy the daily exercise programs. They help me stay active and motivated each day. Arbor Terrace truly feels like home.

Arbor Terrace is definitely a shining star among assisted living residences. As we navigated the process of selecting a residence for my mother, we were immediately impressed with every aspect of care offered at Arbor Terrace. Bright, open, clean, welcoming, transparent and attentive, the staff & care team clearly prioritize the physical, emotional and social well being of their residents. Speaking as a family member, trying to find somewhere with the highest level of care along with a team who prioritize the whole person is rare. Also of note, Trevor, our initial point of contact, made every aspect of the oftentimes difficult journey so much easier. His knowledge, grace, openess and genuine compassionate nature are unparalleled.

My mother has lived at Arbor Terrace for more than 2 years now. The facility is always extremely clean and in good condition. The staff make an effort to get to know the residents and family members as well. They are very helpful in answering questions or addressing specific needs. The staff always seem cheerful and engaging with the residents. Any concerns or questions are addressed promptly.

Arbor Terrace is truly a wonderful company and our family was thrilled to learn that the town my sister lives in has their very own. AT Morris Plains is the best in AL across the board. From the cheery atmosphere to the caring and highly accommodating staff, they leave no stone unturned. Mom has felt very at home for the past few years and now Dad has joined her there in a very spacious two bedroom suite. AT Morris Plains has provided a safe and comfortable home for them both and we could not be more grateful. Very highly recommended for your loved ones :)
