ARBOR TERRACE MOUNT LAUREL (NJ03A014)

Arbor Terrace in Mount Laurel is truly beautiful and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you walk through the doors, you immediately feel at home. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can see the happiness reflected in both the team members and the residents. There’s always something engaging happening, with a wonderful variety of activities that keep residents active, connected, and enjoying each day. It’s a place filled with positivity, comfort, and a true sense of community.

I went to visit my aunt to Arbor Terrace in Mount Laurel and was impressed of the place. Christmas time was well decorated. It’s a warm place for my family member. She is comfortable as a resident and feels in home. Thanks to the employees for taking care of her the way she deserved!

Our families experience with Arbor Terrace was outstanding. We made the difficult decision to move mom last Thanksgiving. My mother had bee able to live alone and care/provide for herself the previous 7 years after my fathers passing. Several falls, poor health, and memory issues forced the move into assisted living. The memory care component, PT, and socialization available to mom at Arbor Terrace made the hard decision easier to accept as a family. The staffs acceptance and vigilance to my mother was immediately noticeable and appreciated. The on sight nursing staff provided daily meds. The operations staff provided meals, clean laundry, and social activities. Things that we as a family could not keep up with when she lived by herself in her house. There was also the immediate relief that comes with knowing she was safe. Protocols that Arbor Terrace has in place made sure that my mother was sent to the hospital when her medical condition wavered during the night or day. Sadly- my mother passed away last week. If it was not for the actions of the Arbor Terrace staff- we as a family would not have had the opportunity be to be with her during her last hours. We are grateful. I can confidently say the last year of my mothers life was as medically and socially rewarding as one could be because she lived at Arbor Terrace. Highly Recommend- Kurt Folcher

Our family was incredibly happy with the care my father received at Arbor Terrace. We felt supported and like we had found a partner in his evolving care needs. We moved my Dad who had Alzheimers into Arbor Terrace in February of 2025 after a horrific experience in a rehab facility, prior to this he had been at home. It was a complicated move and a big change for our family. Amanda quickly became my primary support system and advocate to help us transition him from rehab as quickly as possible and then once we arrived the entire team from Judy to Pansy to Sandra to Marie to Fabienne to Rose to Karen to Laura (and many others..) did everything possible to make my Dad comfortable and safe while also having some fun along the way. Punam the executive director is an excellent leader and always available. Kathy Dallas who runs the Evergreen neighborhood is a constant source of support for both the residents and families. This is a well run community filled with kind people that care about the residents. We lost my Dad in November and the stories that the team shared about him and how he made them laugh demonstrate their commitment to getting to know their residents in a meaningful way.

We had been looking for an Assisted Living facility for our aunt and had visited several in the area. As soon as we entered Arbor Terrace, we felt that this was a special place where our aunt would be happy, safe, and well taken care of. We arranged a second visit, bringing our aunt to see how she felt. She expressed that she felt that she could be very happy there. She moved in last month and I cannot say enough about the staff and their responsiveness, not just to her but to us. We truly feel that we have found partners in caring for her.
