ARBOR TERRACE MOUNTAINSIDE (NJ20A013)

I went for a tour of Arbor Terrace in Mountainside, looking ahead in case I ever need the service they offer. The facilities were beautiful, clean and bright. Every staff person I met was sincere and welcoming. The residents that I spoke to or observed were happy and pleasant. The director I met with, Maryam Toler, was outstanding. I would consider this facility for myself if I need their services in the future.

Arbor Terrace in Mountainside is a welcoming, friendly community. Maryam was very informative and gave us a great tour. We were pleased with the facilities, activities and programs offered to the residents, who obviously enjoyed everything offered. It is an upbeat environment convenient to all local towns. Very nice!

Wonderful Wonderful is all I can say! Looking for a safe and caring environment for your parent isn't easy. It's stressful and full of uncertainty and you can't help but wonder if you're making the "right" decision. I've toured quite a few facilities and liked some fine, but the moment I walked into Arbor Terrace it just felt right. It's beautifully kept, the staff was friendly, the residents seemed happy. Maryam was very kind and patient. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and even highlighted somethings that I had not considered. I took up quite a bit of her time, and never once did I feel rushed through the process she even invited me to bring my mom in for lunch and arranged for her to meet a few of the residents. I cannot be more appreciative on the time and care they took with us. They made the process feel a little less intimidating for my mom and provided my family with peace of mind.

Met with Maryam the other day to tour the facility with my mother. Maryam was patient, personable, and thorough. It was extremely comforting at such a hard time to have Maryam guide and be there for us. It was also important to have her help my mother feel that she would be at home coming to Arbor Terrace, ensuring they would do anything they could to help a smooth transition. After touring 3 other facilities, coming to Arbor Terrace was without a doubt the best choice. Arbor Terrace is an amazing place, extremely clean and I would even say modern (definitely compared to others). Even the current residents were happy and engaging - genuinely. Great place and they are lucky to have Maryam!

Arbor Terrace Mountainside is a wonderful community with a caring and attentive staff who truly treat residents like family. The community is clean, welcoming, and well maintained, and the activities and dining are excellent. Communication with families is great, providing real peace of mind. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace Mountainside for anyone seeking compassionate, quality care.
