ARBOR TERRACE SAN JOSE LLC

I lived in Mexico for several years and have a hard time finding authentic Mexican food. I believe this restaurant is the best for Mexican food in Jacksonville.

We are treated like part of the arbor family here! The facility is clean, has lots of natural light and feels like home. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure each resident is treated with compassion and respect.

Staff does not return calls. Poor collaboration for transitional care. Review Edit: This organization has exemplified excellent customer service. Upon noticing my previous review, I received a call from Administrator Corinne Eubanks. I explained my concerns and she graciously apologized and connected me to Ava Sanders, Resident Care Director. Both of these ladies made sure my concerns were resolved and I am happy to say a stronger connection to ensure greater care transition has been established. I must admit, I did not expect to receive such prompt follow up. Your prompt follow up and excellent customer service means a lot. Thank you again for your follow up regarding my concern!

I relocated my father to this property two months ago and he is very happy there. They are good about planning activities and engaging him. They really care about their residents. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful staff! Excellent service, they treat your family as their own. This is the best choice for memory care.
