I came to Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury to visit a family friend. The team set us up in the bistro for a private lunch. The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. The Executive Director even greeted us to ensure our visit was going well. After lunch we attended happy hour and enjoyed the company of the other residents. I’m looking forward to coming back with other family members to see this amazing community.

Great facility! My father initially had 2 respite stays at arbor terrace. They were able to bring him right in from the hospital, set up his room and provided exceptional care. At that point he was able to return to living on his own after a 30-60 day respite stay. Once it came time for him to move into assisted living permanently, arbor terrace was our first choice. The staff retention is phenomenal with almost all staff still there and remembering him by name from several years back. Front desk staff always has a smile on their face and are beyond helpful. The nursing staff and aids are on top of it and no request requires a follow up. Jenna specifically was beyond helpful in the transition each time. True life saver and made the process for the family that much easier. Moving a loved one to an assisted living facility is not easy, but arbor terrace truly made this an easy, smooth and happy process. I am so happy to have made this decision for my father and truly feel his quality of life has significantly improved after moving in. Give it a try!

Researched AL options in the area. Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury topped the list for us, driven by the sense of team among the staff and the focus on care (and meeting the unique demands of a given care situation - with emphasis on „we can get that done“). Following our decision, a few more variables came into play, and the team here pivoted as needed. And the first days have been a good balance of caring and letting people adjust. The property is nice and green, spacious, and set back from the road. The building feels well maintained. Food is great. Overall, exceeds expectations. I highly recommend considering Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury.

The crew at Arbor terrace are amazing! So compassionate and patient. Everyone from the sales team to maintenance have been very helpful. It takes a village. It’s a very cozy atmosphere because it’s not overwhelming for the residence. Always greeted with a big hello from the front check in area. We’re very happy we chose Arbor Terrace of Shrewsbury.

We moved my 101-year old grandma to Arbor Terrace after a hospitalization for her broken hip and rehab. From day one, the management and staff have treated her and our family like their own. They have been so attentive to her needs and have helped her to find a new life. Grandma is now thriving at 103, using a walker to get around, making friends and participating in community events.
