Arbor Trace Health & Living Community

When looking for an assisted living facility we looked at three different facilities. We chose Arbor Trace for several reasons. Overall level of care offered, safety, quality of staff and value for the money spent. After a month we realize we made an excellent choice. Wendy was excellent in facilitating our move from home to an assisted living facility. My parents enjoy the food at the Bistro, the activities and the Sunday church services. My parents live together at Arbor Trace with a one bedroom which includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom, 1 full bathroom and has a walk out to their private patio. We have switched over to use the doctors at Arbor Trace and they have been great. The nurses, Tammy and Justin have also been a great help for my parents. I would highly recommend Arbor Trace for an Assisted Living facility.

Everyone at Arbor was extremely helpful and caring. It was a great feeling to know that he was being well taken care of while I was away. He adored the nursing staff and therapists. The staff took great care in seeing that all his needs were met and that he was comfortable. He enjoyed the food and the clean atmosphere. Thank you all for your professionalism.

My father entered Arbor Trace for physical therapy after a 2 week stay in the hospital. He was released to go home today and we are very pleased with the services he received at Arbor as well as the care and kindness of the staff. All facilities are well kept and cleaned, many different rooms and activities for residents to visit and attend, and an overall happy and positive environment. I will recommend Arbor Trace to all family and friends in the future.

My mother entered assisted living at Arbor Trace 2 weeks ago and it has all gone extremely well. The other residents welcomed my mother, she likes the food, and it is in a convenient location for other family members to visit and to go out for a meal. The staff seems very professional and the facility is clean. In addition, it is rated highly by the State of Indiana.

When our father had a stroke last year, we needed to find a place that could care for him while he recovered since all family members lived out of town. He told us that if he ever needed to be somewhere if he was unable to care for himself, it would be at Arbor Trace. Fortunately, there was a temporary respite room open. The entire staff at Arbor Trace treated our father as if he was their own father. He was able to receive the right therapy's so he could relearn how to communicate with us and how to care for himself. Excellent rehab staff. Putting a loved family member into Assisted Living is not easy for anyone to do. The staff worked as a team with all of us. We cannot thank the Arbor Trace staff enough for the care and respect they showed our father and our family during this difficult time of transition.
