Arbor View is a repeat offender. Being investigated, cited and fined by the state for neglect/abuse, lack of reporting injuries, lack of documenting medications, not following the service plans for residents, unhealthy conditions/safety and lack of training of employees and more. They will say they have complied and corrected anything they were investigated or cited with, but it is simply not true. It is still happening. There is a serious lack of accountability and management within this specific facility and it shows by the long list of complaints investigated and cited by the state to their facility. Please make sure your loved one is living in a place that can accommodate that they will be safe, clean, comfortable, cared for and happy. Arbor View is not that place. There is complete deceit and falsification on their part on how they’ve been running this facility and it is catching up to them. They will take the hard earned money of your loved one and not live up to the bare minimum expectations of caring for them. Stay far away from this place🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We are very impressed with everything at Arborview! The staff is nothing short if amazing with the knowledge, experiebce, and compassion. The Director Nicole goes above and beyond and is approachable and caring. The food is amazing not the typical bland boring but instead grilled food, taco tuesdays, and other themed meals. The grounds are very well kept to give that at home feeling nothing short of amazing.

Arborview is a great community. The care staff know the residents well and their compassion is seen. The food is excellent. The community is clean. Nicole, the ED is responsive and truly cares about the residents they serve.

Arbor View is a building that is very cute and presents a home like setting. At many other facilities that I have been to with me working in the health care field for over 20 years, they always look so institutionalized. Arbor view is far from that. It’s very warm, cozy and inviting. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond for their residents. The executive director Nicole is amazing and she takes her job very seriously and she always ensures that her residents are receiving the best care. She also holds her team accountable if things are not presented at 100 percent. She expects excellence and great customer service and care from all of her department heads and all other employees and will not settle for anything but that. They have an excellent nurse who is extremely knowledgeable in health care and has great bedside manner towards the residents. Their cook Georgia is phenomenal as well and you can tell she loves to provide great quality food to her residents as she takes a lot of time in her work and doesn’t rush to make a meal. I would highly recommend Arbor View as a great place for a loved one to reside at. It is also in a great location which is near local stores such as Pick N Save and Walmart. 😊

Nicole and her entire team are a pleasure to meet. I was able to see first hand how much they care for their residents. The great care team were loving and engaging with their residents. I loved the intimate environment where residents won’t get lost in the crowd. Truly a nice community. Worth the time to come and see.
