ARBOR VILLAGE OF GENEVA CROSSING

My mom entered Arbor Village four years ago, as her dementia progressed we decided to move her into Village Glen memory care. Since the very first day Andy and his exceptional staff made my mom feel at home. I really appreciated the communication that I developed with Andy and his people, it was exceptional, always prompt and caring. The interior feels more like a home than a “nursing” home it’s very clean and well maintained. My mom’s apartment had a homey feel with all of her pictures and furniture. Thanks guys for everything!

My 90 year old mother became a resident of Arbor Village Assisted Living last August. The caring staff, led by Andy, Donna, and Julie, greatly improved her health and well-being. Mom loves the clean facilities, food, group activities and welcoming friends and family to this wonderful facility in the heart of Lake Geneva. Knowing that Mom is safe and receiving excellent care has given our family great peace of mind.

Arbor Village is a wonderful facility to support families with aging adults. My mother lives there and is so happy with the staff engagement and all the activities they provide. She has so many friends who make her smile daily. As her daughter I have peace of mind that she is getting the support she needs. The facility is fantastic at communicating with families about their loved ones specifically and also at sending general updates. Shelly is amazing as their activities coordinator. I’m thoroughly impressed by all the ways she engages residents and families. Although I’m not ready to join Arbor Village myself, it is at the top of my list for the future.

Our family is extremely happy with our experience at Arbor Village. Our mom has been a resident at this assisted living for 1 1/2 years. The care is so compassionate and kind. The complete staff has taken wonderful care of our mom. The facility is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are exceptional. The food is delicious and beautifully served. Also, the daily activities keep my mom both physically and mentally healthy. Andy Kerwin runs a 5 star senior community and is always onsite daily and overseeing day to day operations. Arbor Village is a perfect place for our mom!

My Mother lived at Arbor Village in the assisted living program for a year. The owner, Andy and his assistant Donna are so very professional and always willing to listen. The additional staff are all wonderful as well, their main concern always being for their residents. The activities program for residents of Arbor Village is second to none. My Mom enjoyed many of the daily activities that were offered as well as the special programs and additional "field trips" that were put on by their amazing Activities Director, Shelly. I would recommend Arbor Village to anyone who is looking for an assisted living situation for a loved one.
