Arbors

My grandma had problems at another place. It wasn't their fault, my grandma needed a different place. The Arbors has been amazing for her. She has fit in very well and likes it there. Thank you to the amazing staff, I am grateful for your efforts

The staff at the Arbors were incredibly kind, patient and professional. Not only did they go above and beyond to make sure our mom was comfortable and had her needs met, but they also were welcoming to my father who visited my mom almost every day. The environment at the Arbors was beautifully maintained and it felt more like a home than a nursing home. We feel fortunate that our mom was able to transition from the hospital to such a welcoming place.

The level of care for residents and the support for family members at the Arbors at Shelburne is unparalleled in the senior care world. I am grateful that my husband is safe, cared for, and, importantly, engaged in daily activities. The Arbors has made this journey more bearable in many ways. Management is on site daily and involved at all levels. I recommend the Arbors at Shelburne without reservation.

My mother in law was admitted to the Arbors last year and in the nearly year she was there, I was consistently amazed and impressed by the care and professionalism provided her, and us. I cannot express our appreciation for the care and dedication of all of the staff in helping make a very difficult time in our family's life easier. We are so thankful for all of the staff, from top to bottom. They certainly made it feel as much like home as possible for her, and us.

My mom is receiving excellent care at The Arbors at Shelburne. The team has improved her quality of life through positive encouragement and met her needs through creative problem solving. The staff is not only friendly and patient with her, but continue to welcome my dad with daily visits and updates. I am extremely grateful for the programming, field trips, and beautiful facility.
