Our family could not have asked for more when it came for a place for our mother to go. Right from the start the staff was kind, responsive, compassionate, and treated our mother with the dignity she deserved. They spoke with her, not over her to us (her kids), and this was so important to us. When it came to their flexibility and genuine desire to customize options that fit their guest (Mom), my siblings and I were blown away with their personal touch. We had no doubts that Mom was going to the best place. The care they gave was consistent, solid, and always friendly! Several years back, we had this exact same experience when our father had to go into their memory care building. The staff was truly incredible there, as well, and it gave us all comfort. You are all very special people and anyone who lives in the Rapids area can take comfort in knowing that their loved ones who need these services actually matter in this facility, and with its beautiful staff.
