Don't believe the sneaky liar that the director is. I spoke to her on November 19, seeking information about the facility. She quoted me an appealing price of $3200-3500 for a room for my mom and for this reason, I scheduled a tour the next day. Her assistant gave me a tour the next day, and was also assured of the price quote above. When I informed my mom the price and location was ideal, she called the director, interested in also looking at the location. She was then promised to have the shuttle pick her up from the next county over to tour the place this week, not even asking where she lives. Today, I called the director to confirm my mom's tour and refused her what was promised because she lives too far. Then, she denied ever having talked to me or quoting me the above price, even though I am in possession of a record of our conversation lasting 4:58, turning it around and making it seem like I am the stupid one. I even called her out on it by texting her a screenshot proof of our conversation, but she never responded. Then, her price quote was suddenly bumped up to $3800 instead and she blamed her poor assistant for the whole erroneous situation. I suspect she found out from my mom we are private pay and decided to inflate the price or somehow we did not gain her favor and decided lying would be the best way to get rid of us. Either way, the interuir looks old and ill-maintained with aged furniture in the common areas. The entrance and hallways look dark and dreary and the assistant looked bothered that I took up her time for a tour or asked questions, rushing me through the whole process. If you want to deal with a dishonest, disrespectful director, by all means, come here. But don't set foot in this place if you don't like getting swindled or having your time wasted.

The staff is fantastic but as always there are a few bad apples that ruin the credentials for those doing good. Either need new Management or Management needs a reality check when it comes to running a business not only for family but also for all the patients.

This place has very delicious food and very nice people. Dogs are loved.

Wow, this is t he best place to be at if you are 60 years or older. It is right next to the H Martin Arcadia... for a very low monthly rent ... you get 3 meals a day plus all activity and care
