They must have a different staff when other people visit. Both of my trips here to see my loved one have left me with impression that no one cares at this facility. I understand how difficult this job must be so I would like to put this as clear as I can. If you are in this line of work and don’t like your job. Just quit. If half of the things I hear from the patient i am referring to are true. This place should be shut down. I refrain for fear of it getting any worse for them. Please look at possible better options if you are in the need of care on this level.

My client and good friend Mr. Barry Russo is receiving excellent care at Arcadian. I visit him every day, so I have gained an accurate view of the quality of care which is being provided to all the residents. There is no question that everyone here is loved. The staff genuinely care, and are patient and considerate and loving. Even the owner is here everyday, ensuring the wellbeing of the residents. I highly recommend Arcadian with 5 stars.

They love and care for my husband with dementia. He is treated very well and is happier there than he has been in a few months.
