Arden Courts and all of the employees there are amazing! They helped me with Dad when I didn't know where to turn. They take a family approach to care and it is second to none. I highly recommend Arden Courts in Chagrin Falls.

Arden Courts has been an absolute blessing for our family. My father was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and Erin, the director, has been a true godsend. Her kindness, compassion, and personalized care go above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. She took the time to understand our needs, guide us through every step, and make us feel supported and at peace. We are so grateful for her and the entire team at Arden Courts.

A Million Stars – A True Blessing for Our Family Moving my grandmother to Arden Courts was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. After experiencing less-than-ideal care at another facility, we were nervous about making another change—but from the moment we stepped into Arden Courts, we knew it was different. The staff is simply incredible—compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to their residents. They took the time to get to know my grandmother, learn her routines, and make her feel safe and respected. It wasn’t just about medical care—it was about dignity, comfort, and kindness. Her overall happiness and health improved tremendously since moving here. The environment is warm and welcoming, with beautiful outdoor spaces, engaging activities, and a team that always communicates with families. I no longer had to worry constantly; I knew she would be in good hands and surrounded by people who genuinely care. I can’t thank Arden Courts enough for the peace of mind they've given our family and the loving care they continued to show my grandmother every single day until she passed on.

This will be a long post since I want anyone reading it to understand the depth of the extraordinary care that Arden Courts Memory Care in Chagrin Falls provides. Unlike other facilities, the application was the first indication of what the focus is at Arden Courts, that is, how to best care for your loved one, in my case, my mother. They wanted to know her preferences for food and hair care, her interests and hobbies, family and social activities, past impactful events, etc. I felt that the staff would have a good idea of who my mom is, and which section of the facility she would thrive in, before she ever stepped through their doors. I was not disappointed and was particularly grateful for the above the call of duty help the executive director, Erin, gave in transferring my mom from her assisted living facility to Arden Courts. She kept me informed of my mom's transition, often relaying stories of her interactions with her so that I felt like I was actually visiting mom myself! Erin, like everyone at Arden, is kind, compassionate, caring, and totally committed to providing the special care required of residents in their journey with dementia. The caregiver ratio to residents is great and the caregivers are superbly adept in handling the challenges of dementia care. Likewise, the medical care is top notch: mom's year-long open leg wound was healed within a few weeks, as was the edema in her legs, and without medications. They simply kept her clean and engaged in activities that increased my mom's movement. I could wax on and on about the care my mom received from Erin, Barb, and the team of caregivers who worked daily to keep my mom happy and appreciated, but instead I will simply say that my one regret is that I waited so long to move mom to Arden Courts. Moving a loved one is a difficult decision but you will have no regrets if you move him/her to the loving, caring, well-trained team at Arden Chagrin Falls. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and wish to thank everyone at Arden for the care given my Mom as well as the kindness and concern they always gave to me and my family.
