I'd recommend Arden Courts of Livonia to anyone looking for a permanent memory care facility for someone in their family. The employees have all been great with my grandma. Even on her tougher days, they show her the patience and care that she deserves. She especially enjoys all of the fun activities that they offer and sitting within their beautiful, enclosed courtyard when we visit with her!

The staff at Arden Courts Livonia has been great! They genuinely seem to care about my mom, and you can see it with the warm, respectful way they interact with the residents. Knowing they are in our corner gives us a great peace of mind we’ve needed for a long time.

I haven’t yet had direct experience with the day-to-day care from a resident’s perspective yet, so I can’t fully speak to that side of the community. However, I do want to recognize the incredible staff I’ve interacted with. Yvette at the front desk is always welcoming and kind, Paige in marketing is responsive and helpful, Gina, the Director of Nursing, is knowledgeable and compassionate, and Taja, the Executive Director, leads with professionalism and care. Based on my experience so far, the team truly makes this community feel warm and supportive, not to mention very welcoming.

We placed Mom in memory care assisted living at Arden Courts almost seven years ago, and we cannot express how grateful we are to the staff and leadership at the facility. From Aids to Nurses, to the Kitchen Staff and all the Leadership, they’ve been conscientious, courteous and above all… kind in their care for Mom and their willingness to engage with family along the way. Placing a loved one in an assisted living environment is a difficult decision for everyone, but we’ve been extremely pleased with their care, their ability to communicate Mom’s condition, and the level to which they personally understood her needs. Throughout the difficult COVID timeframe, and beyond, Arden Courts has maintained standards, and they’ve kept Mom safe and a part of the community within that facility. Mom recently passed away due to advanced Alzheimer’s disease, but we will fondly remember her last years at Arden Courts and her care during that time.

Took a tour of the facility today with Paige and I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone was so very nice and accommodating and the Community is very cute. Well decorated and cozy. Really enjoyed interacting with the staff and seeing them interact with the residents. If you're looking for a place for your loved one you definitely need to schedule a tour.
