ARDEN COURTS OF AUSTIN

After my mom passed while living at Arden Courts, I became a volunteer at Arden Courts. I didn’t want to give up being a part of this community. While it’s hard and no place is perfect when placing your person in memory care, Arden Courts is better laid out than most places as their space outdoors and indoors to “wander” in and that allows a level of independence that most don’t get at many memory units. Many of their employees have been there for years and the compassion the residents touches my heart on daily basis. Arden Courts is a tad less costly than others, albeit no care or facility is cheap, but that doesn’t mean less care. I do not see a higher cost meaning better care after visiting multiple memory units. I am glad we chose Arden Courts for my mother.

The caregiving team really cares for their residents. They are kind, understanding and friendly. Everything is always clean, from her room to all of the activity and living areas. I appreciate the kind and caring team, and I am confident my loved one is receiving very good care.

You can find a community that has the red carpet rolled out with beautiful chandeliers and no one around, or you can choose a community with character who's care team has been around for years and knows exactly how Memory Care should be.... This is one of those, a beautiful homey community with amazing care by a team who has been here for years. Working in senior living I often think about where I would put my parents, this is a community I would feel comfortable caring for my loved ones!

Was very fortunate to recently have my mother in Arden Court. Her care was both compassionate and professional. A memory illness is very difficult for the patient and family. These fabulous people cared for her and our family as their own. My mother was happy and comfortable for the first time in her illness. Her last few years were a blessing. If you have family with memory issues pray they have an opening. It will be one of your best decisions.

My husband is an entertainer at Arden Courts of Austin. The entire staff is amazing, from the time we enter the door until we leave, we are treated with respect and treated like family. I would just like to add that Bella, who is charge of the activities does an amazing job with the residents. If you are looking for a friendly and loving place for your loved one, I would definitely recommend Arden Courts!
