ARDEN COURTS OF AVON

We are extremely happy with the care our loved one is receiving at Arden Courts. The entire staff has been amazing!! A special thank you to Kim and Hollis for all of their help in placing our loved one. Arden Courts entire staff deserves more than a 5 star rating!! Always a pleasant greeting from every receptionist...every time I arrive!! That is appreciated beyond measure!! The nursing staff has been wonderful. A special shout out to Emily who has always been available to answer any questions or listen to any concerns. All of the CNAs have been kind and considerate, and especially caring!!! I would highly recommend Arden Courts to anyone needing a memory care facility for their loved one. To our loved one, Arden Courts truly does feel like home.

I have nothing but high praise for the responsiveness of Arden Courts Of Avon. I was working with the family in crisis and recommended several memory care communities to them. Arden Courts responded promptly, and was able to accommodate the family for a tour right away as well as an assessment. The parent will be moving into Arden Courts Of Avon within the next several days. That is one happy family!

My family was looking for a place for my father to spend the Summer in Connecticut as his everyday needs were becoming challenging. Immediately upon touring Arden Courts we could see it was well managed. The grounds are beautiful boasting all the flowering trees and shrubs one would expect with walking paths to meander along while visiting. The over cleanliness inside was apparent. Never an easy decision, but we signed up to have my dad stay there for a few months to see how it would go. On our visit last week I knew we made the right choice. He has been well cared for by an excellent staff. In the short time he has been there they know so much about him. They even know what time the Boston Celtics are on and make sure he is watching their run to a championship, hopefully. So far the experience has been above expectations.

I am so thankful for Arden Courts in Avon! Last year, my dad had a stroke that made living with dementia that much harder. When I had to quickly find a new community for him, Tim and the staff at were very responsive and provided solutions to his needs. My dad has flourished since he moved in to Arden Courts. He's gone from being practically wheelchair-bound to using his walker consistently and safely. He attends all of the activities. The caregivers truly care and have really made a difference in my dad's life. Thank you!

If you are searching for an EXCEPTIONAL home for a loved one, LOOK NO FURTHER! I truly mean this! I was on this search for several months, and after visiting over 20 different nursing care facilities, I know in my heart that I have made the right choice for my 85-year-old mom. Given that this decision weighed heavily on me, I can tell you that I sleep well at night knowing that my mom is in the best, most capable hands! From the moment I called Arden Courts to inquire about the facility to our first meeting and tour, I felt a sense of COMMUNITY and FAMILY. Tim Odaynik, the executive director, is welcoming, friendly, accommodating, supportive, and committed to making the entire admission process stress-free. ALL STAFF members in the facility are friendly, helpful, caring, and attentive to all of my mother’s needs! I feel confident in the way that Arden Courts has handled my mom’s medication, dietary needs; even her everyday health care challenges. If I have questions or concerns, I have always gotten a quick response from the staff member assigned to the specific area of care, whether it’s maintenance, nursing, program services, and/or dietary concerns. One of the most important things I was concerned with was how she would adjust to living in a facility because she had lived alone for so many years since my Dad passed away. I am completely amazed at how well my mother has adjusted and is thriving at Arden Courts! The incredible daily activities that are offered SEVEN DAYS a week have helped to increase my mom’s social skills tremendously. Every time I visit my mom, she is HAPPY, CONTENT, WELL-CARED FOR, AND FEELING SAFE! She has made new friends and has a wonderful routine that has made this even more of a seamless transition. This is a testament to ALL staff members at Arden Courts! Every time I call the facility I am greeted with a friendly, welcoming voice that immediately puts my mind at ease and gives me some peace, knowing that the monumental decision of placing my mother in such a facility was well made. I am completely confident that we have made the best choice by placing my mom in Arden Courts in Avon! My mom is blessed to have a chance at a second life with her new, extended family at this EXCEPTIONAL memory care facility! Thank you, to everyone at Arden Courts!
