Arden Courts has been exceptional. They know and respect all the residents in their care. Lori is on top of things always! She does her job with kindness and compassion. Melissa is in close communication with our family to ensure my mother’s health and memory challenges s are always addressed quickly. And of course I can’t sing Maryanne’s praises enough! On one occasion my mother needed some emotional support and Maryanne immediately went to her for comfort and support. Very appreciated Maryanne! I am thankful to all the people who care for my mother each day. Shout out to the Boathouse wing! Thank you all for your patience and compassion!❤️

As soon as I walked in for the initial tour, I felt something special, from Annette's warmth at the front, to Lori the GM who took all the time in the world to tell me about Arden, along with answering many questions. From the front desk and managers on call, to the hard working caregivers and nurses (they have a nurse on 24/7, big plus) to the activity leaders and the chefs and kitchen staff to cleaning crew and maintenance manager, everyone is kind, smiling, and they know each of the residents by name; we love the homespun charm and safety features, and most of all, our mom tells us how much she loves it there. They support the residents and families well being in a very personal way.

Arden Courts is amazing! The management team, nursing team and all of the caregivers and other staff are just wonderful with all of the residents. Their dedication to help everyone from the resident to family members is outstanding from the initial contact, through move-in, and daily care. I find everyone is very responsive to questions we have as family members and love the various activities to keep residents engaged and active. Many thanks!

I truly can’t give enough stars to Arden Courts Palm Harbor. From day one, the staff has been terrific—caring, loving, attentive, and genuinely invested in the residents and their families. Our very first meeting was with Maryanne, who spent over an hour with my sister and me walking through every detail and answering all of our questions. We toured the facility, met many of the staff and residents, and immediately felt the compassion and dedication that defines Arden Courts. The level of care we saw exceeded our expectations. Although we toured several other facilities before making our final decision for our father, Arden Courts Palm Harbor stood out above the rest—and we are so grateful we chose them. Our dad is well cared for and all of his needs are met. He truly enjoys the staff and the other residents. In fact, just yesterday while I was taking him to a couple of appointments, he told me he couldn’t wait to go home. “Home” to him is Arden Courts Palm Harbor, and that says everything. Arden Courts of Palm Harbor will always hold a special place in my heart. Recently, I had the privilege of filming a commercial for my business inside their community. It was important to me to honor them in that way because my product is built around person-centered care—and Arden Courts continues to embody exactly that. I’m forever grateful for the care they gave my dad, the support they gave my family, and the kindness they continue to show to so many others.
